Terms and Conditions

You must have a PayPal account or a valid debit or credit card with more than £5 credit in it, and a UK mobile phone. Cost of top-up will be charged at £5, £10, £15 or £20 via your PayPal account or debit or credit card. A confirmation text informing you that your mobile has been charged with the requested top-up amount will be sent shortly thereafter. Calls will disconnect once the credit is finished and a new top-up request will have to be made for a further top-up. top-up monthly limit is £100. Credit will expire 90 days after the last top-up was made. Cost of calls to the 0208 access number will be charged at your standard landline or mobile rate to a landline or can be used as part of your landline or mobile inclusive minutes. Cost of calls to the 0800 access number will incur a rate surcharge of 1 pence per minute. Calls are charged per minute. Prices are subject to change without any prior notice. Calls made to mobile destinations may cost more, unless specifically mentioned in the destination list. A connection charge between 2 pence and 20 pence is charged on each call depending on the call duration and destination called.

Calls are charged from time of connection to the service. The charge is incurred even if the destination number is engaged or the call is not answered. Purchase your Phonecard via SMS

Alternatively, you can pay for your Prepaid phonecard by SMS text message. Pay by text for a £5 or £10 phonecard. All you need to do is:

• Text SEND to 67400 to receive a £10 phonecard (*Special Deal* - 10% extra credit with £10 sms top up)

or

• Text SEND to 80077 to receive a £5 phonecard

You will receive a reply text with a PIN and access number details.

Terms and Conditions - Ask bill payer’s permission before using the service. SMS costs £1.50, £3, £5 and £10 + standard SMS. Calls charged per minute & apply from the moment of connection. Connection fee applies and depends on the destination. Calls to 02 numbers cost standard rate and can be used as a part of the bundles minutes. Cost of calls to the 0800 access number will incur a rate surcharge of 1 p per minute. We will automatically top-up with £5.00 credit if you are a user of the 80876 or 84459 and 80077 code or with £10.00 credit if you are a user of the 67400 code before your calling credit is about to run out. To use your call credit, dial 020 8497 8844 and when prompted enter 00 + country code + destination number and then press the # key on your phone.

If you are calling from the same mobile from which you sent your text message, your phone will be recognised by the system and you will not be asked to enter the PIN. Just dial the access number 0208 497 8844 followed by your Destination number in full including 00 and the country code.

Paying by Text information

• Once your initial phone card credit runs out you will be automatically topped up by a further £5. To opt out of the auto topup please text STOP to 80077.
